Members of the Wauwatosa East Key Club joined our club our annual holiday event in mid-December at Longfellow Middle School. We wrapped presents for our Adopt-A-Family. We also created holiday cards for residents at the Lutheran Home and patients at Children's Hospital. Thanks to all who participated! Wishing you and yours a happy holidays!

On this #ServiceSaturday, members of our club volunteered at the La Cause Crisis Nursery this morning. We chatted with the kids while creating Thanksgiving-themed craft projects. We can't wait to come back in February! Our club worked with Marquette University High School Key Club, the CKI clubs of Marquette, MSOE, and UWM, and the Kiwanis Club of Milwaukee on #KiwanisOneDay, a global day of service for Kiwanis clubs around the world. #KidsNeedKiwanis in the greater Milwaukee community and around the world, and One Day is one way we provide support. Service projects included making fleece blankets, dog toys, and bookmarks. Thanks to Marquette University High School for hosting and Kiwanis Club of Downtown Milwaukee for organizing the event. |
